Vieille hôtel
Cet hôtel est vraiment dû pour des rénovations, de plus les lits sont inconfortables et petit (lits doubles). Le déjeuner est aussi très ordinaire (qualité de la nourriture)

Nous avons été assez déçus par cet hôtel, non pas parce qu'il était malpropre ou quoi que ce soit, mais parce qu'il était très ordinaire et trop cher pour ce qu'il a à offrir. Le décor date des années 1990 ; le restaurant et le "bar" de l'hôtel sont très démodés et n'ont aucune ambiance. De plus, le parking est payant.. hôtel propre et bien situé, mais rien d'extraordinaire.

The parking is expensive (17$/day), so you have to think that you also have to spend money on that, and the breakfast isn’t included, so the hotel is quite expensive. But there’s a spa and a pool, and there’s a place where you can go training. The employees are very kind. The bed is very confo. The hotel is near 6 flags New England.

Upset that i had to pay for parking overnight twice. 20 on my credit card and 18.50 this morning. My key card didnt work like the hotel.said it woulls work, no receipt came out, and shorted me 50cents change. Was on the way to surgery.so no time to go bac k in to the hotel.

Clean, comfortable, great bar. From parking ramp you did NOT need key to get elevator to other room levels. Elevator had sign saying key needed to get to the floors but I never swiped my key fob and was able to get to my floor, not very secure. I would have been very worried if I traveling solo.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Always offering to help and making sure we were enjoying our stay. Shout out to Curry , who helped us with our ridiculous amounts of luggage for a one night stay! We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The staff was excellent no problems. The building for some reason was cold everywhere. A little creepy around the premises with people asking for cash outside the building. Overall very nice room and service was great.

It's proximity to Mass Mutual Center and MGM Grand was great. There's not enough staff at this Marriott. There was no hair dryer in the room and it took 1/2 hour to get it to me. Room Service took so long we had to leave and met the server in the hallway with the food. Toilet paper holder was broken, M&Ms on floor near the bed, empty Kleenex box, and when housekeeping came in our second morning, the top sheet was crumpled at the foot of the bed and I had to re-make it. Even the front desk could not get through to housekeeping for us - they weren't picking up the phone due to lack of staff.

The room was bigger than we expected. There were lots of charging ports. The only bad thing was some mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Other than that the room was very clean. After our concert, we went to the bar and waited for 20-25 minutes. No one waited on us, so we left and went back to our room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott, and I am compelled to share my experience due to the exceptional service I received. From the moment I stepped into the hotel to the day of my departure, every aspect of my stay was characterized by professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The accommodation of my specific needs was particularly noteworthy. At my arrival, I had communicated certain requirements, and the Marriott not only acknowledged them but went above and beyond to ensure they were met. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of my stay. The staff at the Marriott deserve special recognition for their outstanding service. Every member of the team, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist. They not only addressed my requests promptly but also took the initiative to anticipate and fulfill needs I hadn't even articulated. This level of proactive service truly sets the Marriott apart. The accommodations themselves were impeccable. The room was not only well-appointed and tastefully decorated but also maintained with meticulous care. We enjoyed the location, close to shops and arena. The property has been updated in the past few years, rooms were clean and modern, parking was easy to get in and out, Hitel restaurant and bar were very well staffed and the food was great. We had a few in our party who had food allergies and the staff was knowledgeable and happy to help.

The Marriott caters to huge groups of kids at competitions. The result is noise and a mess. I walked literally across the street to the Sherston for peace and quiet in the restaurants bar dinner and breakfast. Yes the kids are fun and I played with a couple in the pool. But the (fast) elevators were slow because everyone was going intrafloor, there was a barrage of noise in the lobby, and the pool was cloudy andnless than clear or clean

Room not being clean during stay. Had ro call for clean towels and to take out garbage.
