hôtel bien situé, proche de Bass Pro

Les + : Le personnel, les locaux spacieux, la situation, dans Springfield, proche de Bass Pro (15mn à pied) la chambre confortable, propre, le tarif
Les - : La moquette omniprésente peut provoquer des allergies l'hôtel accepte les animaux (idem pour les allergiques) la climatisation trop forte
Situation : Dans la ville de Springfield, cet hôtel est proche de toutes commodités, dont un grand complexe commercial Bass Pro (à voir !),
Un accueil très sympathique, efficace et rapide, avec un personnel très sympathique, accueillant et discret; idem pour le personnel d'entretien, ou au restaurant; en résumé : très professionnel J'ai également apprécié le parking gratuit, le WIFI gratuit, ainsi que le petit déjeuner également inclus.

Nice hotel close to things we wanted to go to

Unpleasant stay

Les + : Most of the staff were very friendly and the room was very clean.
Les - : Towels need to be softer. Front desk staff needs to be friendlier.
Situation : Good location, close to everything in town.
Beds too hard, small pillows, towels very rough feeling and hot tub not working.

I did want to assure you that we are looking at new La Quinta brand standards with our linens and that we have removed advertising regarding our hot tub as it is no longer functional. Great location, staff, clean; but the mattress was uneven with hard edges.

Les + : Comfortable and a good price for what you get.
Les - : Hallway carpet appeared dingy or worn - or maybe just an unfortunate choice of colors/lighting.
Situation : Especially close to Bass Pro and Mercy Hospital
This was close to the hospital where I was attending a meeting. The room looked nice and everything was comfortable and working. Breakfast was basic but good. Front desk staff was helpful and readily available.

We only stayed one night because we were headed to Kansas City. The room was clean, the manager on duty (who was only there for two weeks) couldn't be more helpful and the breakfast left a lot to me desired.

Good location and friendly staff. The pool stays open until 10 and the complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of food to please all ages and diet needs!

Convenient, great staff

The hotel was nice, convenient, safe and the staff was great. The AC was very hard to control as it always felt either too humid in the room or as cold as the Arctic. Also, the walls were very thin. I could clearly hear the people next door, outside in the halls and upstairs. Otherwise, the bed was fairly comfy, amenities were good and the room was in good condition.

Should you ever have noise complaints with future visits please inform the front desk and we will strive to ensure everyone's stay is as comfortable as we have the power to make it. Awful Not worth 100 dollars

Bed sunken in sheets like sand paper pillows flat bed not pillow top like stated pool ice cold breakfast bad Won't go back. I've stayed at alot of hotels that cost the same 100.00 that were 10× better

Les + : The staff ,food, indoor clean pool, everything is so close by,the rooms.
Situation : Everything mini golf, jumping Joey ,restaurants store
I meet my granddaughter there when I come into town. The staff is so family friendly. Everybody was nice.
