Both homes are nestled in the trees and tucked away from the neighbors, offering a quiet and relaxing retreat. One home comfortably sleeps up to 6 and the other sleeps up to 4, with on-site parking for 5 vehicles. There is also an EV Charger! The property is located off I44 & HWY 65, placing you within easy access to all of Springfield and only 45 minutes to Branson.

When you arrive you will enter through a private gate into your own secluded oasis. The property is in an upscale neighborhood on one side and borders a large field on the other. Nestled in the trees, both homes are tucked away from the neighbors, offering a quiet and relaxing retreat.

HOUSE #1: THE HIDDEN GEM
The Hidden Gem guest house has all the essential amenities plus a few hidden surprises, just for you! This home has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, and sleeps up to 6. There are two large porches, one in the front and one in the back. The back deck is a highlight of the home with large comfortable furniture, fire pit, hammock, egg chair, gas grill, and a privacy wall with built-in seating.

HIDDEN GEM: LIVING ROOM
The living room has a queen-size pull-out couch and a rocker/recliner chair. The furniture is perfect for having a casual conversation, working on your laptop, or watching your favorite show/movie on the Roku-enabled TV. Do you want to be even more comfy? Sit back and relax in the giant bean bag chair! There is also a gas fireplace for those cold winter days.

HIDDEN GEM: KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, glass-top stove, microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and cooking basics. Small appliances are also available such as a blender and toaster. Guests can help themselves to coffee from the Keurig or coffee pot. Make sure to check out the refrigerator, too, for some hidden treats! The dining table and 4 chairs are in the living room in an open-concept layout.

HIDDEN GEM: PRIMARY BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. You can watch a movie in bed from the TV (equipped with Roku). There is also a desk in case you want a more formal, quiet space to work away from the rest of your group, and a cozy sitting area for 2. The master bedroom has a multi-port charging unit where guests can charge up to 6 devices at once, compatible with apple and android products. Attached to the master bedroom is a large walk-in closet. In the closet you'll find ample storage space, hangers, a locked safe, iron and ironing board, extra linens, and some classic games to play with your guests.

HIDDEN GEM: SECOND BEDROOM
In this room are two twin-sized beds and another Roku-equipped TV. This is a perfect room for kids or adults! There's also great storage space here with shelves and hangers, as well as a multi-port charging station for apple and android devices.

HIDDEN GEM: INFANTS/TODDLERS
The home has a few must-haves for your little ones. In the master closet you'll find a pack 'n play and a booster seat for feeding (booster has a removable tray so it accommodates both infants and toddlers). Children's dinnerware is also provided in the kitchen, as well as a couple of books for your little one.

HIDDEN GEM: WASHER/DRYER
Do you need to do laundry? We've got you covered! Guests are welcome to use the in-house, full size, front load washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

HIDDEN GEM: OUTSIDE
The back porch is a highlight of the home, as guests often spend much of their time hanging out there! You'll find plenty of seating which is great for coffee, conversation, reading, or work. If you want to relax, take a nap on the hammock in the shade, or cozy up to the fire pit. There is also a gas grill for those that like to BBQ. The seats on the front porch offer another place to sit and relax with beautiful views. Or, if you prefer some friendly competition, play ladder golf with your guests in the designated front or back yards of the guest house.

HOUSE #2: COZY CABIN
The charming exterior of the cabin is reminiscent of a quaint cottage. Enjoy sitting on one of the unique, old wooden chairs on the front porch. Once inside, you'll notice the blend of rustic charm and modern design. The space is approximately 400 square feet so it is a tiny home! But...who knew that tiny living could feel so large?! The space is cozy but arranged in a way that you might forget you're in a tiny home! This cabin sleeps up to 4 people with one bedroom and one full bathroom.

COZY CABIN: LIVING ROOM
The living room has a queen-size pull-out couch. Kick your feet up on the poofs or use them as additional seating. The furniture is perfect for having a casual conversation, working on your laptop, or watching your favorite show/movie on the Roku-enabled TV.

COZY CABIN: KITCHEN

BOTH HOMES: KEYLESS ENTRY
Guests enter through a keypad for contactless check-in. For security purposes, the entry code is personalized for each new guest.

COZY CABIN: INFANTS/TODDLERS
The home has a few must-haves for your little ones. You'll find a pack 'n play and children's dinnerware in the kitchen, as well as a couple of books for your little one.

BOTH HOMES: CHECK-IN
Early check-ins may be permitted on a case-by-case basis, depending on other bookings and the cleaning crew's schedules. Please contact the host if you would like to request an early check-in. Check-out extensions cannot be granted; we need to ensure the cleaning crew has adequate time to prepare for the next guests.

BOTH HOMES: PRIVACY FROM MAIN HOME
The Hidden Gem and Cozy Cabin SHARE THE SAME PROPERTY WITH THE HOST'S PRIMARY RESIDENCE. All three home share the same driveway but they are COMPLETELY SEPERATE HOMES with their own yards. The Hidden Gem and Cozy Cabin are also situated in a way that supports plenty of PRIVACY FROM THE HOSTS HOME and the surrounding neighbors.

BOTH HOMES: OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The HOSTS LIVE ONSITE in the main house. While the homes share the same property, they are completely separate structures. The Cozy Cabin has its own designated front and back yards, separate from the primary residence.

Pets, smoking/vaping, parties, and extra guests are NOT ALLOWED.
