Located on Beaver Lake at War Eagle Cove, this lake home is ideal for hosting and entertaining family gatherings! The whole group will enjoy easy access to NWA. Downtown Fayetteville/Razorback Stadium is only 20 mins away. Enjoy quick access to War Eagle Marina swim beach & park, only 3 miles away. We also have parking for boat/ trailer, launch within 2 miles. Grab a kayak and fishing pole and head down to the lake from the house! Lake is 400 steps away. *Check-in 1pm/Check-out 1pm arrangements*
The space
This is a spacious, fully remodeled lake house settled into a quiet cove. The house features 3 bedrooms + bonus room/ sunroom with full size bed. Enjoy lake views from the master suite. The master suite has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The other 2 rooms are located on opposite side of the hall from master bedroom. Sunroom is on backside of the house overlooking the lake. An exterior door is located in the sunroom and that leads to the deck.
Guest access
The entire place will be accessible (other than main garage, this is used for maintenance and supplies).

We accommodate at the lake. Contact us to arrange 1pm Check-in to 1pm Check-out. *We extend this to all guests whenever possible.
We want every guest to have an exceptional experience, therefore we have partnered with local fishing guides, river tour guides, brewery tour guides to offer the services at a discounted rate. We want the fun to be EASY for our guests. We have made arrangements to have all of these services at your front door literally. So, if you book one of these tours/guides you will be given special red-carpet treatment. Brewery tour will pick up at the house. Boat guides/tours will be at the property's lake access point 400 steps away!
