Great house!! Plenty of rooms in quiet neighborhood but just a short drive to beach and center of town. Very clean. Would stay here again!

Great location, house has a lot of extras (cooking supplies, spices, beach chairs, etc…), great outdoor space. We have stayed here twice for two local weddings and it was perfect for our family with adult children & extended family.

One of the more scenic and quiet places we have stayed. The decor is amazing and family friendly. Very relaxed check in and check out. Easeless. The nearby beach is beautiful and access to quaint shops and eateries.

Every thing was great. Chuck was communicating with us before we arrived with details about driveway conditions and parking due to snow. The house was clean and welcoming, comfortable and well stocked with towels, cooking tools etc. We had a great time, for the 2nd year and hope to return again next year.

We had such a great time and this beautiful, clean, spacious home with excellent proximity to beach, boardwalk, shops and other beach towns. We loved everything about the house and location. We will rent again!

We came with 4 couples and this house was perfect. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen, and plenty of room. Very functional.

The host was super accomadating. The house was very clean and had everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and the house itself was very spacious. The location was great. Close to a lot of restaurants and ice cream shops. It was about a 20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Great family home!

We had a very nice stay with family this weekend. The house was clean and comfortable for extended family to visit and explore a bit of Spring Lake. It had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy together at the large dining table. The sectional and bar table behind was perfect for watching TV and chatting. We hope to be able to stay again when we come to town to visit family.

Wonderful House!

We were pleasantly surprised by how cozy and bright the house was and how clean it was. We immediately began to unpack and make ourselves at home. Location is near everything and house was fully stocked with necessities. Would highly recommend this house and we will be back!Penny

House was perfect for our family. Rooms were very spacious and very clean. One of the nicer homes we have rented. Nice touch having the personal amenities such as shampoo soap, etc. guest service contact was friendly and efficient. All of our needs are met

Perfect Family Gathering

We had a great time during our stay with grandparents, children, grandchildren and sister all coming together to visit an aging mom. The living space was welcoming and comfortable for all the different ages. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen had all the amenities needed to enjoy meals together at the large dining table. The yard and water - birds, ducks, swans - was fun to watch and welcome an early spring. We lucked out with the weather so took the 1 mile walk to the beach and also to Divine Park. We are looking forward to coming back again to enjoy the Spring Lake area and visit with family.

Family Weekend

We came down to Spring Lake to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday in one of our favorite places. This house worked out great for our extended family of 7 - Plenty of space for everyone and the house was well-appointed for comfort and convenience. We loved being able to ride our bikes to the beach, the lake, downtown, and our favorite ice cream shop! The house overlooks a pond, and we all enjoyed the front porch and picnic table to take in the serene views at the end of the day. Overall it was a great stay and we would be happy to return in the future!

Fun sisters weekend

Great house. We had a wonderful time and would definitely use this house again if in the area. Improvements could be additional furnishings as there are not bureaus in all of the bedrooms. Perhaps a strategically placed full length mirror as well. Also, listing advises hair dryer(s) on premises but we couldn’t locate. That being said nothing wrong that would keep us from a return visit.

Disappointing rental - not a luxury experience

The home is as pictured. A new build with simple furnishings. But the service was beyond disappointing and the house is not outfitted as a luxury rental. There were so few dishes and silverware that we had a late arrival guest bring dishes for home! No beach chairs. No beach towels. Only 4 badges for the beach on our first day, we noted that the dishwasher was not working. The owner came several days later and declared it working. It never worked. This home is Not worth the price at all!!!!
