« This house is beyond charming. The huge trees in the neighborhood are so relaxing to sit and watch sway in the breeze. We walked to downtown Lee’s Summit and the best coffee shops and boutiques are there in walking distance. The kids loved the huge backyard and all the activities to do. The beds were large and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Lee’s Summit! »

There is major roadwork being done on the road the house is located on and it would have been nice to know that prior to the stay, but they had a sound machine in the bedroom that faces the road, which helped a lot. « This was a perfect place for us to stay while seeing a show at the Kauffman. It’s very close to restaurants and the neighborhood appears to be quiet and well kept.There are just a few maintenance items that could use attention. There are several soft spots in the flooring upstairs. There is very little lighting at night when you get to the top of the stairs. I had to use the light on my phone to unlock the room.But by and large, this is a great location, responsive host, and a great price »
