Enjoy our duo gazebos, fish from the new dock, drink coffee in the shade, sunbathe, or swim in your own backyard. Your pool is the crystal clear Weeki Wachee Springs River.

New stairs that go from the dock to the water for easy access

Sip some fresh lemonade, tea, wine or a cold beer on the wrap-around porch as you manatee & peoplewatch. Look out for manatees right from the gazebo!

We include 3 kayaks with life vests and paddles for your convenience. Enjoy the BBQ grill with your family & friends.

No parties, no fireworks, no smoking or open flames inside the house, do not use the fireplace, no pets, no running or jumping, no unregistered visitors. If unregistered visitors are on the property you will be charged an unregistered visitor fee of $50 per person per day. This home comfortably accommodates 4 guests.
No pets. If eveidence of pet is found there is a $200/pet fee
Evidence: Pet traces (Hair, damage, odor etc)

Return all chair floats, water toys to original location on the last day of stay (i.e kayaks)
Parking for 3 vehicles in driveway only. No parking on the lawn or in the street.
