Good sized room with opening windows. I didn’t anticipate a shared bathroom when I booked. Rubbish bin full, no soap in hand basin dispenser and shower needing a good clean before I could use it. Bedroom clean sheets but stains on the walls. Not very inviting. Great to have parking but grounds need attention. The property was in the next suburb Rosyth not Dunfermline as advertised in Expedia. The Dunfermline property was permanently closed. 3 night stay with no fresh towels or coffee etc. top ups. Apologies to the pleasant host who was very apologetic and wanting us to give him a good review but sorry I can’t oblige.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in the center of town. I loved the bathroom and it's huge claw tub. The breakfast was generous and tasty. My only complaint was the lack of air conditioning. Although the area did not get very hot during our stay (max was 70f), if you run hot at night this may be uncomfortable. We did have a fan in our room. The staff and locating were excellent. There's a very nice spa on site that we did not use.
