This two-level home has vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. We decorated to give the home a sense of warmth and peace. We added fun amenities because FUN is the best way to build connections. There are gas fireplaces to keep you cozy and add ambiance on each floor. The backyard has a beautiful mix of trees that offer privacy.

Bedrooms
-3 bedrooms/ 2 bath on the top floor- 1 bed/1bath on the bottom floor.
-The master has a full bath, luggage rack, and 42 inch Roku.
-Two bedrooms have king sized beds
-Upstairs bedroom has a designated working space with a desk & printer
-Downstairs bedroom has a sitting area
-Extra blankets and pillows in each bedroom
-Brand new, top rated mattresses in each room
-Twin sofa bed in the upstairs living room

Area of homes built in 1990 and on. Very friendly, peaceful and quiet street. Very close to grocery and dining. Close to Long Lake and Riverside State park.

Sofa Bed: This is the greenish loveseat in the upstairs living room. It would be fine for an adult or child. Please use two people to move this close to the railing. It can then be turned into a bed without having to move any other furniture. Clean sheets are on it and extra bedding and pillows can be used from the bedroom closets. Please leave it out if used so we know to get it ready for the next guests.

Extra Optional twin beds: There are two twin mattresses in the storage room along with two tubs full of complete bedding. This could be set up in the media room and would be ideal for kids. I do not recommend adults sleep on these as they are lightweight mattresses.

TV: You can enjoy Roku Premiere tv; Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming options will be available with your own sign in accounts. HDMI cords are also provided to connect to your devices.

A Pack and Play crib, and portable hi-chair are available in the basement under-the-stairs storage. You must provide your own bedding for the crib.

Children 2 and over will be included in guest count. Maximum of 11 guests. Rates are based upon occupancy. Failure to report accurate guest count at the time of booking will result in extra fees.
