Has its pros and cons
I really want to give this rental a higher rating, because the inside of the house was what we needed but there were a lot of pros and cons of it as a whole. Pros:-it was in a location that allowed you to get to tons of different places in Spokane in 15-20 minutes of less. Even Coeur DâAlene was only 30 minutes away which was great. -the house was well stocked with everything you needed -the INSIDE of the house was very clean-had a washer and dryer which was nice as we were on a roadtrip -it was kid friendly in that it had games, books, a stroller, etc. -comfortable beds (quite a few in a smaller space too!)-the owner did respond quickly when we messaged themCons: -the outside of the house was an absolute wreck. The yard was unmowed, there was trash everywhere in the yard, and there so much dog poop that my toddler could not go out and play. -the tenants below have dogs that are quiet during the day but come 8pm until an ungodly hour donât stop barking (then the owners are constantly yelling at them which is not helpful) -the neighborhood kids were troublesome, they put Elmerâs glue all over the front door (which I didnât love cleaning up on vacation) and were chasing each other around our rental car with shovels (not beach shovels- full size with metal ends). -the dishwasher did not work. The owner did get a repairman out same day, unfortunately he was not able to fix it and then there was no resolution for us and we never heard from the owner again.
