Spacious, Private Home Away From Home with Hot Tub

Just 20 minutes from downtown, our sunny daylight basement has recently been remodeled for you! Enter through your own door with a key-pad lock. A hot tub and gazebo are right outside the door, with patio furniture, a gas fire pit, and a BBQ grill ready to be enjoyed. The interior space is bright and sparkling clean! The kitchen opens into the family room with a smart TV. Just around the corner are two bed rooms and a newly remodeled bathroom. Now offering outdoor pool rental and electric bikes!

We have put a lot of thought and care into this space to make it a special get-away for you! Our new granite-and-tile kitchen has a deep sink, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and a single burner for you to use, as well as basics like pots and pans, oil, butter, spices and salt and pepper. We have also included a new Keurig coffee maker and our favorite teas/hot cocoa for you to enjoy (as well as cream and sugar).

The sleeping area is well stocked with new bedding and furniture! In the picture you can see the king bed and full sized pull-out sofa bed (these two sleep 4 total). Just down the hall there is another bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed. In addition, we have a twin sized pull out mattress for the floor and a Pack n Play for a baby or toddler. We are also happy to provide sheets, blankets and a pillow for the couch. This means we can sleep 8 adults and 1 baby/toddler. Please let us know in advance if you will be needing the additional bedroom, a mattress for the floor, the couch or the Pak n Play.

The over sized master bedroom includes a desk, office chair, and lamp for remote work.

Our family room is well stocked with games (Settlers of Catan, Ticket To Ride, etc.), books, and puzzles for down-time.

There is a new 7-person hot tub available for guests, included with the VRBO booking and exclusively yours while you are here. A waiver must be signed by every adult, and by a parent/guardian of every minor before the hot tub can be used.
There is an open (no fence) pool on the property that can be available for all or part of your stay for an additional $50/hour, depending on availability. We are now offering 2 ELECTRIC BIKES for rental! If you have not tried E bikes, you will be thrilled at this exhilarating way of enjoying nature. We are surrounded by an abundance of natural beauty and plenty of places to ride bikes and get out for some fresh air. On E bikes you can travel much further than on regular bikes, still getting plenty of exercise but without feeling exhausted. You will be refreshed and invigorated. Dave and I loooooove our E bikes and invested in them to enhance your enjoyment of the beautiful Spokane area. $45/day per bike.
