The Luxury Seaside Apartment is located in the new district of Žnjan, right near the sea. The apartment is newly renovated and spacious for four people to enjoy their vacation.
At their disposal, guests have one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, living room with sofa bed for two people, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, additional toilet and a spacious balcony overlooking the sea and vineyard nearby.
The apartment is located in a freshly constructed building in a new and modern neighbourhood just a few minutes away from the beach Žnjan.
**ATTENTION: During the 2024 season, part of the neighbourhood is undergoing construction and the beach may not be fully accessible to the public.**

The apartment has a private balcony overlooking the sea, ideal for morning breakfast and coffee or evening relaxation with a glass of wine.
The entire space of the apartment consists of a spacious living room with a sofa bed to accommodate two people, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and a dining room. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is also an additional toilet with a washing machine.
There is a garage parking space in the building available for our guests and it's FREE of charge.
