You'll love to stay in this cute and clean two bedroom apartment near famous Bacvice beach and very close to the center. It is in a great location to spend your holiday in Split.

It's located on the ground floorand has a big garden 300 m2 with outside fireplace free to use, shared with guests of our other apartment.

Unlike majority of other apartments, this one is very close to the beaches Ovcice (100m away) and Bacvice (300m away).

It's only 15 min walking to the Split promenade and 8 min to the ferry port.

Apartment is air-conditioned, has kitchen and LCD TV.

Kitchen is equipped with a ceffee maker, stove, oven and a fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed and one person sleeps on cozy sofa in the living room.

Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer. We can also provide you an iron and ironing board for free.

All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more is included free of charge.

Baby cot can be provided for free, please contact in advance.

Street where where the apartment is located is free to park and in majority of cases you'll find parking spot right next to the house or 1-2 min walking.

Smoking is not allowed, but you can smoke in the garden.

Certain type of pets are allowed, please contact in advance.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

Stay from 9 to 13 of July (4 nights) is mandatory. Please do not make reservation for less than that. You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.

UMF is held at Poljud stadium, 20 min walking from the apartment.
