« The contactless entry was great but we did meet one of their innkeepers who was great providing history of the property. This is a great place to stay if you are in to historic houses and properties. It was really a very lovely place. We stayed in the East property in a suite. The only thing I would suggest is for them to put more hooks in the bathroom, as there really isn't a place to hang towels. Also make sure you remember your passwords for streaming! »

« Unique and spacious room set up - compared to typical hotel rooms. Several sitting spaces. Wonderfully comfortable bed. Clean and well maintained facility. Minimal private parking, but plenty of street parking. Although there is no front desk, management is engaged and responsive. Unique touches, like a bottle of wine in the evening, chocolates, robes, espresso machine. Located right across the street from a coffee bar, and within walking distance of restaurants and Union Station. »

« L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. »

« From Amy at the front desk to our amazing, clean and very nicely decorated, two room suite, we can not say enough great things about this awesome hotel. The Chaz Steakhouse downstairs did not disappoint either….. We enjoyed a delicious meal, with great live entertainment! »

« The front desk staff were very nice, and the room was comfortable and well furnished. The AC worked great. Unfortunately, we found out the heat worked great, also, because the hot water was warm at best and we were freezing after showering. Overall, though, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. »
