Take pleasure in the tranquil privacy provided by Turkey Bend State Park where you can paddleboard directly to the beach (paddleboards provided), fish, or bask in panoramic lake views.

Closer to home, delight in being steps away from the lake for endless swimming, boating, and soaking up some wonderful Texas sun. Step inside this oasis to find bright, open-concept living areas featuring high wooden ceilings, plush seating, expansive windows, and charming decor seamlessly blending the natural elements. Feel right at home snuggled up on the sofa while streaming your favorite movies. A well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, a coffee station, and multiple islands for effortless food preparation. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Overflow parking is available in addition to the permitted number of vehicles.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
