I called the owner and left a vm and sent an email. Fortunately, the VRBO help desk had the information and we were able to unlock the gate onto the property. « The trail to the Colorado River was really good and the outdoor seating area was okay. The outside space was nice and secure, and my pet had room to play, which we really liked. However, the shower water was super slow, and the commode was broken. The jacuzzi was also not clean. We had an amazing stay at this hidden butterfly 3. We came to celebrate my birthday and had a great time. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. « The Villa was very comfortable and well-equiped. The bed and sheets were very nice and soft. The property was very peaceful and quiet. We were able to have management heat the pool and jacuzzi for us during our stay. Anyone looking for a quiet retreat that is only 5 miles from the restaurants and shops at Bee Cave. »
