« Very well kept, staff always cleaning and it smelled nice like cleaning staff added some nice scents to rooms and hallways. Appreciated that we could actually use the pull out coach - it was nice and clean. All other hotel experiences we have had in the past we could never use pullout because it was dirty and nasty like never cleaned. But this place you can tell cleaning was a priority! Really quiet which was surprising for a weekend holiday stay. Kids enjoyed pool. Very spacious room. »

« Nice size room, bed was comfy, pool & hot tub nice, only downfall was breakfast, not only do you have to pay for what other hotels give you complimentary, it wasn't stocked, maybe 6 people in the dining area & there was hardly any food, all the hit items were about empty, we ended up going out to eat. »

La porte de la salle de bain est complètement brisé c’est pratiquement comme pas en avoir ! Il y a pas de déjeuner comme indiqué et même pas de café ! Je voulais pas y être seule … »

« We got there 10 minutes before check in, and they didn’t know how long before our room would be ready. They were booked solid since there was a concert in town. Our door handle was broken, we informed the staff and nothing was done. The restaurant on the rooftop was at half capacity but there was an hour wait. We were on the 8th floor, and the windows were so thin that we could actually hear car radios like we were in the car with them. I will never stay here again, this was probably the worst...
