Black Hills Experience offers and executive-level space that is perfect for a short stay for business or a longer stay for you and your partner. This space has everything that makes a stay comfortable - a king-size bed, lots of room (735 sqft), individually-controlled central HVAC (so quiet!), nearly instant hot water, and the highest wifi speeds available.

Lutum is extra spacious and will accommodate a wheelchair throughout.

Black Hills Experience offers stylish, executive-level apartments with prime access to downtown—right on Main Street! Ideal for professionals, couples, or families (when connected to Calcis), these thoughtfully designed spaces blend comfort with convenience.

Each apartment features a plush king-size bed, a spacious living area with a convertible sofa, and an oversized smart TV. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge, French press, and dishware for four. With fiber-optic internet directly to the building, you can enjoy seamless, high-speed WiFi even with multiple devices in use.

Downtown activities include plenty of locally owned shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops, a local theater, Downtown Friday Nights (an outdoor concert series during the summer), community art shows, easy access to city parks and the bike trail, and much more.
