Welcome to The Barclay House, a warm and spacious Spartanburg home with antique character, hardwood floors, flexible sleeping arrangements, and room for up to six guests.

The home includes two private bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, along with a flexible third sleeping area featuring a queen air mattress, dedicated workspace, and smart television. Two full bathrooms provide added convenience for families, professional travelers, college visitors, and extended-stay guests.

Relax together in the comfortable family room, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, or watch your favorite streaming services on one of four smart televisions. Guests should use their own streaming accounts.

The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The dining table seats four.

The property’s outdoor areas provide several places to unwind. Guests can enjoy a fenced yard, rear deck, small front porch, and four separate seating areas with tables and chairs. Driveway and street parking can accommodate up to four vehicles.

The home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood near John B. White Sr. Boulevard and Warren H. Abernathy Highway. Interstate 26, Interstate 85, downtown Spartanburg, WestGate Mall, restaurants, medical facilities, colleges, athletic venues, and retail destinations are all within a convenient drive.

The front entrance has four steps. A step-free side entrance is available, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the main level. The property has not been formally certified as fully wheelchair accessible.

No pets, smoking, vaping, parties, events, or unregistered visitors are permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
