Peace, quiet--except that babbling of a creek in the background to lull you to a state of bliss! This nature retreat is a respite from the hustle & bustle--a private oasis on a private road.

Plop yourself in the creek, enjoy the portico beside it, hang a hammock, or head just around the corner to a putin for the New River & float the day away!

This place has it all! Boutique style home with all the luxuries, & the promise of solitude you and your family craves! Warning: serenity often found!

Like a private boutique hotel, this space is designed with whimsy, fun & nostalgia in mind.

From the minute you walk in the door you're greeted with unique decor that is both functional & fun--done with attention to what will be comfortable, the space invites guests to think in magic & wonder.

Inspired by nature, with details of glamour--all of the spaces are individual making it hard to decide which room you'll want to pick as your own! The Rose Room, the Room with the View or the Bunk House Under the Sky, while the home is situated in the most serene of natural settings, the insides are enticing, full of natural life and encourage visitors to spend time relaxing, revitalizing & reconnecting with each other and all that the rural mountains of North Carolina have to offer.

The upstairs boasts the Rose Room--a Queen bedroom with a large closet to keep all the clothes & bags out of the way. Down the hall is a large King bedroom--the Room with the View which is spa like and relaxing. Set up a the diffuser in either room (oils there to enjoy!), crack a window for the white noise of the creek and you've transported yourself to the most relaxing of spas!

The hall bathroom has plenty of storage for a crowd, and is designed to inspire with vintage style wallpaper--it's either super modern or totally old-school, whichever you prefer!

Plus, the upstairs has the spacious kitchen--suitable to fix food for a large group, or just a few. The large dining table and bar have room for up to 12. Outfitted with almost every kitchen accessory you might need, including an extensive coffee brewing station. Percolator, fresh grinding coffee brew pot & a mocha pot--you pick! A different brew every day?

A vintage army cot is outfitted with a new mattress which works as a cozy settee and an additional sleeping option. All of this opens up right to the second story deck that overlooks the creek making it easy to enjoy a cup of coffee while listening to the rambling brook each morning, and to keep an eye on the kiddos enjoying the expansive yard, creek & endless outdoor activity options! Fly a kite, playing some soccer, tossing a football, setting up yard games, pitching a tent--there is room for it all!

The downstairs hosts a bunk room for 4 themed in stars and all things celestial to inspire visitors to reconnect with the night sky--which is SUPER dark and you can likely see more stars in this dark sky friendly location!

Rainy day? Super tuckered out? Just want to kick up your feet and watch a flick? The oversized sectional is perfect! Super comfy, and even modular, so arrange it to meet your needs! (just please leave it how you found it!). Blankets, easy internet access to any of your streaming services & an arcade gaming console for the family to enjoy together!

Plus, the basement has a puzzle table, loads of games stocked for group fun, a reading nook and a retro-styled bathroom with full bathtub.

This will be where the kids come in and out from the creek & outdoor adventures, and the finished concrete floor is always cool, the perfect escape from the hot summer sun. Plus, shuffle board in the game area? Of course!

Plenty of room in the basement, 2 exits and French doors that open completely, use the basement as an indoor-outdoor style space!

Turn on those outdoor cafe lights and make the most of those cool summer evenings both on the back deck, and all the way out to the creekside covered porch. The outdoors are calling!

Did someone say outdoor shower? YES PLEASE! After a dip in the cool stream, warm up with a quick rinse in the most convenient of places--just outside the side door! Have the kids gotten a little muddy? No problem--the best days are the dirtiest! Just rinse and the mess stays outside!

Rockers, a porch swing and loads of invitations to go out and explore--a gnome hunt & hide? A nature scavenger hunt? Build a fishing pole? Create some simple boats to float?
