« Leigh & Josh were awesome hosts! They were very responsive throughout our stay. They provided clear instructions on check in/out, things to do, and even helped us out with an early arrival time due to the ferry. Their place was clean and cozy. Within short walking distance is a public park, large water swings, bridge to Russell Island, and the beach. We rented a golf cart which seems almost mandatory for getting around the island. « This was our third year staying here. We love Christy and her husband. They live on the island so if anything comes up they're right there. I love the spot because you see more marine life vs the beach. Water shoes is a must. But if you want beach just hop on the golf cart, go down the road. You can see it from the house. « The pool and outdoor area was very nice. The house was clean and hostess was very responsive and helpful. The reason for the low rating on value was because 2 of the 4 beds were in very bad shape. Impossible for couples to sleep in. Too soft, lumpy and small. The living room couch was small, old and worn. We left with sore backs. The pots and pans were old and rusty. If these items were upgraded, we’d stay again but not until then. »

« House was amazing and in great shape. It came with all the amenities we needed and beds were comfortable. The big deck is a great place to sit out and watch both sunrise and sunset. The check in process and communication with the host and property manager prior to arrival was excellent. Our only complaint is that the property manager pushed us to get to the airport 4 hours early. It wasn’t needed and there is nothing to do in or around the airport. »

« The Cove house was great. It has absolutely EVERYTHING you could possibly need. While not on a sandy beach.. it is a great water view. My husband loved interacting with the guys on the pier with their daily catch of conch. Walking distance to restaurants and just a great home base. Central location. Many attractions and beaches near by. Would definitely stay again. Hosts Harry & Donna live on sight and were there for any questions which was great!! »
