« The check in process was seamless. I appreciate that Maria was there waiting even after car rental delays that were beyond my control. Kitchen was equipped with applicable appliances. I would only suggest for the host to provide a toaster and possibly a blender in the kitchen as well. Wifi was okay. It was a bit difficult for relatives staying on the upper floor to access the wifi. Not sure if its the wifi signal that caused this. Perhaps a second wifi could be placed on the upper floor....

« My partner and I booked for ourselves, my sister and our 2 kids. The AC in the bedrooms worked great, there was enough seating in the kitchen for us all to sit together for meals, we had a drain issue and Robert responded immediately. He also arrived shortly later to fix the issue. My kids loved how close we were to the beach and that they didnt have to share a bed! We have already booked another stay with Robert. »

« Nice but not an Apartment! The host was a FANTASTIC lady! Breakfast was great! The vibes of the building and neighborhood felt cozy. The negative was that there was no kitchen, although a kitchen it stated in the description. The unit is more like renting a room. "Hotel avec beaucoup de Potentiel mais malheureusement reste sur ses acquis et surf sur son gros avantage "la localisation" Si on rajoute la disposition des chambres ont a fait le tour des avantages. Pour le reste... Rien ne va, sur 8 jours nous avons eu le ménage qu'une fois...nous avons du quémander à plusieurs reprises des changements de serviette et produits d'hygiène (à minima) . La tuyauterie qui ronfle toutes les 2min Le wifi est quasiment inexistant... La piscine était out of service sur au moins 2 jours. Le petit déjeuner reste correct. Mais cerise sur le gâteau: la lassivité et l'incompétence du personnel de L'acceuil. Aucune réactivité face à nos divers problématiques et encore moins d'amabilité. "

"La nourriture est terrible. Difficile d’avoir internet pour 2 téléphones et deux iPad dans la même chambre en même temps. Le menage des chambres etait fait souvent tard. La piscine ferme trop top. Le prix de la nourriture est grandement exagéré pour ce qu ´on a ( un sandwich à 20$). Les déjeuners sont très pauvres, œuf bacon ou saucisse Bétel et ananas et melon. Bref nous ne retournerons pas à cet hôtel. "
