« On check in we found a loaded 9mm pistol. There were huge Palmetto bugs in the kitchen. A dirty tooth brush on the couch. So much dust, we left yesterday because we could not breathe. Dirty wash cloths in the drawer in the bathroom. Soda bottles behind the nightstand. Toothpicks and other trash on the floor. Just absolutely horrible. 4 broken coffee pots in the kitchen! Called the Sheriff's office and they took the gun and gave me a report. I am requesting a full refund! »

« The beach view was awesome facing southeast. Parking was easy and very convenient. We felt it was safe. The condo was very quiet and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was very prompt. We would absolutely stay there again! »

« Such great access to all you could want out of your Cocoa Beach experience. The room has a fantastic view of the pier, pool, and beach. The walk to the beach is close, accessible, and private. The room is spacious and has all needed amenities!! »
