« Malheureusement l appartement est très loin d une qualité. Nous avons resté 7 jours. Le ménage se faisait chaque 3 jours et comme par hasard le 6eme jours ils ont oublié de faire le nettoyage. J ai demandé un changement d appartement mais ils n ont rien fait. A éviter cet établissement. »

« +The location and infrastructure is good, it has several pools and restaurants. -The appartement we booked (sea view) was not available, so we were placed in a basement room. It seems that this is common practice (flagship appartement when booking and then being placed wherever available). The room was kind of dirty (stains on the wall, on the drapes, mold in the bathroom), the furniture is old and cheap, f.e. toilet seat was broken, mattress old and uncomfortable, bedsheets that are not wide...

« I had great time, but the hotel was overbooked so we stayed in totally diferent room i place near by but the common areas was pretty cool with several pools and a lot of Green areas. The staff was too confused and looked like they dont speak my language very well even if its in Bulgaria. The room had everything we needed just they can improve the cleaning in the bathroom »
