« I love going to Portland. I have been traveling for years and know most of the hotels round there.
I like the location and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but that did not bother me as I was traveling solo. I only had one large towel in the room and the sweet housekeeping lady did not have a second towel for me. I could have gone to the front desk to get a towel. Still One should have at least two large towel when booking a rooms that is designed for two people.

« it marked as 4.5 star hotel but actually not. the room service need to book ahead, if you don't call, then nobody come to clean your room. there's no self parking, only valet parking available and charges another $55, remember to bring extra car keys if you used to control your car with your phone, cause if you don't have the key, you have to park by yourself but they will still charge your valet parking fee. « Le lit était très confortable et très grand même pour 2 personnes. Salle de bain un peu petite néanmoins, la baignoire est sympa pour prendre des bains. Super shampoing et après-shampoing aussi. Le café proposé était très bon !

« The sound from the fan outside makes a crazy noise, the answer was "oh we are very sorry" but we have no more room available right now. When you stay in hotel, it's just because you want to rest and sleep.It doesn't make any sense to rent a room where you cannot sleep in ! I haven't even spent the night because it was so noisy.I had to leave to another place in town. I've been staying to that place in the last 15 years.But that's the very last time. »
