This newly built custom home offers breathtaking views of Southwest Harbor, the ocean, and nearby islands. It’s bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring.

You’ll love how close you are to everything—just under a mile to the heart of Southwest Harbor with its charming shops and restaurants, and only minutes from Acadia National Park for hiking, biking, and unforgettable scenery.

There’s also shared pedestrian access to the waterfront just across the road—great for a morning stroll or launching a kayak (feel free to ask us for more details!).

• First-floor primary suite with king bed, private den, and ensuite bath

The open-concept main floor is perfect for gathering—whether you’re cooking, dining, or just relaxing and taking in the view.

Pets considered with added $150 per pet per week fee, maximum 2 dogs permitted, and all pets must be leashed at all times when outdoors, with no exceptions.

A Quick Note on Booking

VRBO will show your full price (including their fees and agency fees) when you enter your dates—what you see there is accurate. After booking, we’ll send over a lease packet reflecting base rent amounts (without added VRBO or agency platform fees) to complete your reservation.

A $1,000 security hold is placed by VRBO (not charged), and released after your stay if everything is in order.
