« There was no communication with the host. I reached out to him for the check in information about a week before our arrival. That was the one and only time there was any communication. The condo was in need of basic maintenance (everything from paint, cabinets, stained countertops etc.) The patio furniture needed to be replaced, maybe a bar height table to be able to enjoy the view.The lawn chairs on the beach area were unusable.I will say the pool area was well maintained. »

« stayed 11 days Feb '26. This is a condo complex. Upon arrival the complex appears dated/tired and the grass was tall. A crew did show to get the landscaping back into shape. Located off a main road and centrally located. Can get to most parts of the island within a 35 minute drive. 5 minutes down the street is a grocery store, another 5 minutes to popular La Reine Chicken Shack.
