« Dormir avec boules quiès dans un établissement de ce niveau là est toujours gênant. En effet, d'énormes ventilateurs soufflent toute la nuit côté piscine et ils sont terriblement bruyants. Si le service bar et restaurant est impeccable, l'accueil n'est pas arrangeant, que ce soit pour justement de changer de chambre ou pour rallonger un séjour... Service minimum. »

« Great place to stay, everyone was very friendly. Parking was easy as everyone gets a parking permit. The room was very clean and cleaning was done each day we stayed (5 nights). Only thing that could be better is the pool could be a little cleaner. But also understanding as it was just coming out of Texas winter so the pool probably wasn't used as much consideringit'soutside. « Had a horrible experience at this hotel. My truck was broken into while parked 7 spots away from the main entrance to the hotel lobby. Worst part is there were many other vehicles that had gotten broken into that same night that were also parked in the hotel parking lot. My window was smashed and truck completely ransacked. I was later informed by the front desk, that they have a security guard who works overnight and is on a golf cart patrolling the lot. Come to find out from another employee...

« One elevator (of two) was not working which meant a long wait for the one operable elevator. The microwave in my originally assigned room was not working. As a result, the only option was to change rooms which was very inconvenient. The person at the front desk was generally uncooperative regarding the microwave issue. None of the local tv channels in San Antonio were accessible. In general, I would not recommend this property for travelers staying in San Antonio. »
