« Good service »

« I booked a non smoking room with amenities of a refrigerator and microwave and ac. The room had three cockroaches in it and the ac was not on when I opened the door. There was no refrigerator. It was over 90 degrees inside. I turned on the ac but still had to get a fan to get the temperature down. It took 2 hours for the room to cool to under 80 degrees. It was miserable. The room had an ashtray and burn marks on the bedding, furniture and even the bathtub. The bedding was dirty and the pillows...

« A peine arrivés notre carte bancaire a été débitée de 16.92 USD ce que nous n'avions encore jamais vu. Nous attendons de voir si nous serons recrédité. Pour la chambre, nous avons trouvé de la nourriture dans le réfrigérateur. Heureusement, j'emporte toujours de quoi nettoyer et désinfecter, j'ai donc résolu Le problème moi même. »

« Amanda at the front desk was super helpful, friendly and professional. She was able to allow us to check in early after driving in from out of town during 4th of July weekend. Will definitely be staying here again. »

« evacuation wc fonctionne mal. serrure de securité de la porte n'est pas reglé donc non-fonctionelle. avertisseur de fumée fait de droles de bruits par intermittance. les horaires du bureau d'accueil sont trés limité. WiFi gratuit mais connection parfois trés lent et aleatoire. »

« The bathroom tub was disgusting and there was no shower curtain, the faucet was barely holding on, the A/C doesn’t work. No fridge, no microwave, sheets were dirty. The staff was non responsive and there was a long wait time. I was somehow able to block all that out and sleep only by the grace of god. Don’t come here, you’re better off sleeping in your car. Big waste. »

« Everything was great. They are very considerate. I would definitely come back here. The best thing is they are dog friendly. »

« The hotel smelled like Marijuana and there were people smoking and drinking alcohol outside. The smell was not tolerable and at times over the night there were loud noises coming from different floors and rooms. Did not feel safe as we had children. »
