Hôtels près du Southern Oaks Park à College Station

« The carpet in the whole property can use a deep cleaning. The breakfast also can be healthier, no yogurt or boiled eggs. Outside of the carpet issue, property was clean. »

« The room was damp and smelled dirty. The lamp shade was stained. The TV was mounted so tacky. The floor of the shower was stained (looked dirty). The vent to the ac was molded as well as the light fixture above the ac. We had 1 towel, wash cloth and hand towel. We reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds and were given 2 rooms with 1 King size bed. The clerk was able to get us 1 room with queen beds all the others were taken. We made our reservation at least a month in advance. No reason for us...

« Superbe endroit pour sejourner. Attention cest en.bord d'autoroute, donc un peu bruyant quand on.est dehors. Mais les chambres sont assez bien insonorisée. La.piscine est super. Le personnel.hyper serviable. La deco est hyper originale. Le pdj est simple et plutot Healty. Ne vous attendez pas à du bacon des oeufs ou des choses grasses..ici cest plutot cereales fruits, fruits secs, yaourt... Vraiment un chouette endroit. »

« Clean room. Great breakfast. Lots of parking with lights. »

« Property is always clean, rooms are clean, nice beds… great and safe location!! »

« Hôtel tout neuf. Accueil agréable et souriant. Chambre tres spacieuse. Petite piscine sur place avec énormément de monde. »

« Tout était parfait. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent et les chambres très spacieuses »

« Great service from team and manager. I had a small issue during my stay and I was very impressed by the care and attention I got in resolving the issue. Would recommand; the place is beautiful and amenities great quality. »

« The HVAC is so loud. The system had an awful high pitch sound. We were unable to run it while in the room. Management said they were sold out and couldn't change rooms. But on line they still had rooms available. They did offer a refund but it was a game weekend so there wasn't much available for the same price since we booked months in advance. The weather wasn't too hot so we were lucky we could open the windows »

« Property is showing its age. They’re replacing the tiles in the shower. The beds are mediocre and I always seem to have to get a new iron. The staff are professional and it’s still better than some other properties in the area. »
