« Our refrigerator was leaking water before we were in the room, so there was a big puddle when we came in. Random stains around the room. Not a big problem, just a little gross. The indoor “curb appeal” was good. »

« I can tell there is a change over in management since my last stay. Cleanliness was hit-or-miss. There was a trash can sitting in the hall next to the elevators on the fourth floor that was crawling in ants. I had to report it three times (once a day for three days) before anyone took care of the problem. The tables and the countertops in the dining area were dirty! I had to clean them myself in order to use the area. »

« I travel with a very clean, well groomed service dog. Hotels often put you in a pet room which is fine but at least remove the carpet. The room smelled pretty sour from previous pets. Even my dog was offended by whatever was in the carpet. It was only one night, so I put up with it, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. »

« Poor excuse for hotel. 1st room no a/c second room nasty. No refrigerator food left from last guest no remote TV not working. Looked like blood splatter on b/r wall altogether Nasty!! »

« The staff was very unfriendly from the beginning. The room he gave us was infested with bed bugs. We could literally see them crawling away after we turned on the lights. I spoke with the front desk and he brushed off all of my concerns like he already knew. My partner and I did not stay at the hotel. I would leave negative stars if possible. »
