« The room was very clean however there was a lack of attention to detail in other areas. Eg we were given the wrong room and had to explain to reception the room we had booked wasn’t the one allocated, we didn’t get our water or biscuits replaced after housekeeping had been through and we found a used face washer in the shower. Small things but for the price we paid we expected more. »

« Rooms were small but very clean, beds very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely location in a 1928 hotel. Highly recommend if you want a pleasant setting with some old worldly charm »
