« Room was very small with creaky floors and very noisy overall. Elm balcony room has a shared balcony which wasn’t specified so I had people talking and hanging outside my room and could see inside my room. This is expensive hotel and I would have expected better rooms but given it’s and old building I guess that’s too be expected. Overpriced for what it is. Staff and service were excellent so that was positive. »

« We had a wonderful family Christmas stay at Sauna Haus. The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with plenty of space in the living area.The location was great, just a short drive into Bowral township, with lots of nature around and a dedicated run area for our pooch, which we really appreciated.
