Very disappointing for a boutique hotel. Water damaged ceilings, dirty tea plates, short black hair in the shower, stained “sofa” in the room. The best part of it was the “pre-payed £30 a night for the mini bar” as the receptionist explained (£30 pre-payment for one bottle of a Diet Coke in the mini bar?). I’d understand if there would be more than one drink in the mini bar for the prepayment. The advertised parking had no free spaces and were told to wake up at 9am to check if there’s any available spaces in the morning to move the car? Air conditioning was extremely loud. Overall, very disappointed with the stay.
