« When I first arrived I was amazed with the beauty of the hotel and its location. Stunning sea views and Mountain view’s on the other side. Was disappointed with the no wifi. My room was very huge and I loved that. Had one of the best AC units from any of my previous hotel stats. My bathroom door was broken, had stains left on the lap shade and bin. « Place needs a serious upgrade, please INSPECT property as your credibility as hotels.com is on the line! There were cockroaches in room, they only sprayed doom and next day we as guests had to stay in the room. I have used this website for 12 yrs and have never been so horrified at the state of a hotel and the way they handled this issue. Please investigate!! »

« The room was clean and neat.set up had everything you needed.Check in was smooth.However when asked for WiFi password was told was in my email confirmation.I did not have any info.So I emailed for info on the TV and WiFi but still have not heard back.For check out did not have instruction so had to call property for info.the staff did end up arriving for check out.Overall the studio flat did us well as it was just a weekend. »
