« Excellent well appointed property. Very clean and added food extras of bread, milk, snacks etc was lovely. Very spacious. Property in a very handy location to shops and eateries. Only downside was the bed was very hard so not the best sleep we've ever had. Apart from that, if you like a hard bed, a clean spacious and tidy lodging handy to amenities, this is for you. »

« Prior to confirming the booking, I asked about heating as it is middle of Winter in Christchurch and we were traveling from Queensland Australia for a funeral.Upon our arrival on Friday night, we were welcomed with an overflowing rubbish bin directly next to the back door that we had key access to.Upon entering the property, we switched on the two only heat pumps one located in the hall and one in the dining area. « This 3 bedroom house was totally identical to the pictures. In fact I would say better. The house was beautiful, cosy, clean, and the bed was comfy. This home was perfect for me and the cat, to which they were very accommodating. I stayed here for 2 weeks after moving back to ChCh from Brisbane, and honestly, I didn’t want to leave.
