This lovely family owned motel was the perfect choice for a last minute Labor weekend getaway. The room and property was spotless. The pool was beautiful, heated and clean. The morning breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice. The location was set in a peaceful neighborhood and within a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach at the end of the road. We chose this motel because it was close to the rail trail we were cycling which was only 9 minutes drive away. Also within walking distance there were some delicious local restaurants. The owners were professional, friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, they take an enormous pride in this wonderful motel. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier than planned due to a medical emergency - the owner was right there offering to call an ambulance and then later the next day called me to make sure all was ok. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a perfect stay

We had a lovely stay at the Ocean Breeze. Location was ideal with its proximity to the beach and restaurants. Facility was as described with a lovely pool and well appointed rooms. The breakfast was the perfect start to our day! Would definitely recommend.

Clean, comfortable hotel with good sized room and great shower. Good coffee and breakfast included with many options. Joanna, the owner was very helpful with suggestions in the area- biking, beach, sunsets, sea food restaurants. Had a great stay!

September 2024 Trip to the Cape

We were very please with the accessibility of the motel, the location was perfectly located to areas of the Cape that we enjoy visiting. The staff at check in, at breakfast in the mornings and check out were very friendly! I will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic stay

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Ocean Breeze. We enjoyed the pool and it was located within walking distance of the town beach. Our room was clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

A good budget place to stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Location was great and the motel is in a really cute area. It felt safe to me (female traveling with a teenager). Owners were friendly and helpful - you can tell they care and are working really hard. My niece loved the pool which was very clean and a perfect temp! Room was also clean. The breakfast includes things like breads/pastries, yogurt, fruit, coffee and oatmeal. It can get really busy down there/seating fills up quickly. You can indeed walk to the beach but we found we preferred visiting some of the bigger beaches which we drove to. Other than walking to the beach, I did find that I needed a vehicle to get to other points of interest (unless you bring bikes which we did not). *I gave 4 stars for “accuracy of online listing “because our room did not have the updated bathroom shown in the listing pictures on VRBO*

Great place to stay to see Cape Cod. Very easy to drive to get ferry to visit Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Proprietors are super lovely and helpful. Breakfast included was good. Lovely restaurant right near by.
