Welcome to your cozy Cape Cod getaway in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood in South Yarmouth!

Whether you're looking forward to sunny beach days, exploring the Cape, playing a round of golf, or simply relaxing with family and friends, this comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home makes the perfect home base for your Cape Cod vacation. The home comfortably accommodates 6 guests with one bedroom featuring a queen bed, a second with a queen bed and twin bed, and a third bedroom with three twin beds. With multiple gathering spaces, there's plenty of room to spend time together while still having space to relax.

After a day at the beach, come home and enjoy the quiet backyard, relax on the patio, fire up the grill, or challenge your group to a game of pool in the living/game room. And because we know dogs are part of the family too, your four-legged friends are welcome!

The home is conveniently located near two popular golf courses - Blue Rock Resort & Golf Course and Bass River Golf Course - both within walking distance. Several Cape Cod beaches are also just a short drive away, generally about 10–15 minutes depending on your beach of choice. We've also provided beach chairs, beach toys and other beach essentials to help make your beach days easier. Just pack your swimsuit and sunscreen and you're ready to go!

The home has the conveniences you'll want for a comfortable vacation stay, including: * Fully equipped kitchen * Dishwasher * Washer & dryer * Wi-Fi * Smart TVs* Whether you're preparing breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoying a relaxed dinner at home, you'll have the essentials you need.

The backyard is open and quiet, while the patio provides a great place to sit back and enjoy a morning coffee, an evening drink, or outdoor family dining. A propane gas grill is provided, so you can grill out on those beautiful summer evenings. And, we know vacations are better when the whole family comes along, including the four-legged members! Dogs are welcome at this property - pet fee applies.

Cape Cod Rail Trail - a paved, 27 mile trail that extends from an entry point around the corner in South Yarmouth to Wellfleet. Perfect for walks, family biking, and exploring.

Flax Pond Recreation Area - recreation area on Flax Pond that features volleyball, basketball, a picnic area, bathrooms, and lifeguards on duty. *5 minute drive*

Pirates Cove Adventure Golf - features two 18 hole mini golf courses *10 minute drive*
Skull Island at Bass River - offers mini golf, go-karts, and batting cages *8 minute drive*

Wydah Pirate Museum - Explore the world's only authenticated collection of pirate treasure and artifacts recovered from a real 18th-century shipwreck. A great rainy day activity! *10 minute drive*

Local beaches:

Smugglers - saltwater beach featuring a bathhouse, food trucks, large pay to park lot during summer, wooden fishing deck, and lifeguards. They also offer a Summer Movie Series! *9 minute drive*

Parkers River - saltwater beach that features bathrooms, food concessions, showers, pay to park lot during summer, and a Summer Music Series! *9 minute drive*

Bass Hole Beach - a popular saltwater beach with a picnic area, pavilion, seasonal bathrooms, pay to park lot in summer, and beautiful boardwalk that is popular for pictures at sunset! *13 minute drive*

Cape Cod National Seashore - a bit of a further drive, but a must visit on the Cape! 40 miles of beaches, marshes, and ponds with diverse wildlife and plant species. The National Seashore also houses lighthouses, cranberry bogs, and walking and biking trails. A great way to spend a full day in the salt air! All beaches have lifeguards on duty June - Labor Day, and most have restrooms and concessions. *30 minute drive*
