  • Une belle unité climatisée de 2 chambres à deux pas de la plage pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 5 personnes.

    Patio couvert très privé avec cadre extérieur et barbecue à gaz.

    Cuisine bien équipée, salon et salle à manger avec une grande télévision à écran plat et DVD.

    La chambre principale a un lit queen et l'accès à la terrasse par une porte coulissante en verre.

    La deuxième chambre a 2 lits simples et un lit gigogne.

    Pour votre commodité, il y a une buanderie interne dans la salle de bain avec une machine à laver et un sèche-linge.

    La seule unité du complexe avec un garage sécurisé pour ranger tout votre équipement de plage ou un petit véhicule.

    Que vous aimiez la pêche, la natation, la plongée en apnée, le surf ou un peu d'histoire au Trial Bay Gaol ou au Smoky Cape Lighthouse, c'est un endroit idéal pour s'échapper et c'est la retraite familiale idéale sur la plage, parfaite pour la baignade toute l'année.

    South West Rocks est populaire en tant que destination de vacances pour sa variété de plages, dont Horseshoe Bay, Main Beach, Little Bay, Gap Beach, North Smoky et Smoky Beach. Les surfeurs débutants et confirmés trouveront tous les deux des vagues qui leur conviennent ou suivront une leçon de surf avec la Trent Munro Surf Academy.

    Fish Rock Cave, à 2 km au large, est l'une des meilleures plongées en grotte du pays, un passage de 125 m à travers le centre d'une petite île, avec une étonnante variété de vie marine, y compris des requins nourrice gris, des tortues et des raies aigles tachetées.

    La région possède un riche patrimoine situé sur des falaises au-dessus de la mer, Trial Bay Gaol a été construit dans les années 1880 pour héberger des prisonniers, puis comme camp d'internement pour les Allemands et les Autrichiens vivant en Australie pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Le phare de Smoky Cape est l'un des plus anciens et des plus hauts phares de la Nouvelle-Galles du Sud.

There was no beach views. Curtains in bedrooms were see -through.. Was Clean apartment. No spacein bathroomto put my things. . Car park space was very awkward to use. Close to everything tho.

South West Ricks is such a gem that so long as you’re there, you’ll enjoy it as it’s a brilliant location with so many great walls, a great golf course and plenty of beaches and eating places.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property, ground floor, no stairs to take which was handy because had too many heavy things which was good. Had own remote roller door garage, the only one in the whole building. Restaurants all close not even a minute walk. The beach is one minute walk. Iga and Coles 2 min drive. If you enjoy fishing it’s only 5 min drive to the breakwall and jerseryville bridge.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying in Unit 1 Northpoint. It has been a favourite choice of accommodation for a long time. It is close to Horse Shoe Bay beach and all restaurants and cafes along the main street. Private off street parking. Reverse cycle aircon; comfortable queen bed and 2 singles in the second room. It has all we need. It does over look the caravan park however at this time of the year it is quiet and when we have stayed in other seasons, we have never had a problem with noise.

Knives were blunt and about 6 of them. Too many plates. A bit silly really Al a bit scrappy I let elders know about the knives and they were willing to do something but I said not to worry. A wonderful refreshing break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a relaxing short break in Unit 1 Northpoint as we have done on previous occasions. The unit is conveniently located to Horseshoe Bay beach and the local restaurants and cafes. The unit is comfortable and clean and has everything we need. TV and air conditioning. It is on the ground floor with no ocean view however we spend most of our time outside at the beach or going on lovely walks along the beach No wifi available. Car space available with garage door. Note that the car space is not big enough for large 4WD or long base vehicles. We like staying here.

There is nothing good about this property it was dirty, smelly, the condition of the property was terrible, the bbq was rusty and filthy. The car park was inaccessible, the condition of the utensils was terrible. There was cobwebs on the bedside tables, dangling from the kitchen light, no where to store groceries, unable to use the rusty neglected stove, the washing machine was no better, the floors were dirty as was the bathroom, extremely disappointing. Eclectic furnishings are fine but they have to be cleaned and free of dust.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great however it needs a good clean. The bathroom has mould everywhere, the tiles throughout the whole apartment needs a good scrub. The kitchen cupboards are really dirty. The floors need a good clean, the corners had dirt built up. The beds were all very uncomfortable (old mattresses). Everything feels like it needs a good clean and a few maintenance issues, feels like it hasn’t had more then a wipe over in a very long time.. however the location is good and the apartment was a decent size for a family, the real estate staff were lovely and the lady on checkout was lovely when I expressed my concern about the property being dirty (I had rung earlier in my stay to express my concern about it needing to be cleaned however nothing was done)
