« I booked for 3 nights and ended up checking out after the first night. It was a disaster from the time arrived. I had confirmation that I had a parking space reserved only to be told that there wasn’t one when I arrived. They told me check in was at 3pm. I went back at 3.30pm and they said my room wasn’t ready. I finally checked in at 3.50pm. My room was on the 3rd floor. The lift was out of service. I had to climb 3 floors with luggage and 2 young kids and not to mention I have a mobility...

« We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...

« The room was lovely and the ocean view was a lovely touch. The room was clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and quick to reply. Feedback: breakfast took far too long (over and hour) despite the cafe not seeming busy. The lack of lifts didn’t make it easy for disabled people. »
