« We are 3 females traveling to attend a weekend event in Fayetteville. We stayed 2 nights. The house was clean and the temperature perfect as it was pretty hot outside. All 3 rooms had super comfy beds and crisp clean sheets. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. »

« This was a beautiful spacious home to stay in for my daughter's graduation from Fayetteville State. Unfortunately VRBO did not provide the door code or checkin and checkout instructions. I had to call arrival support, which was Meh. Eventually the property owner called and made sure I had what was needed for my stay. So thankful. »

« This property is a gem and then some!! We booked a weekend at Cozy Calvin to come in and see our son. We were lucky enough to bring our Belgium Shepard so she could visit our son too. Micheal and family have a perfect doggie property: from the doggie bed, bowls, fenced in yard, and treats it made our trip that much easier. Happy Ruby Mae happy family. « I fell in love with this property upon arrival. Everything was nice and clean. Owner has everything you need for your stay. We had a hot water issue and owners drove out and came fix the issue as soon as we notified them. Would definitely stay here again! »

The water presuure in the shower iss phenomenal especially after a long motorcycle ride. Lots of everything you need in the kitchen and a great dining table. The bedrooms are spacious with lots of room for the kiddos. Driveway accomdates at least four cars (and multiple motorcycles). Did I mention the super friendly host? :-) »

« This is probably the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Backstory. Our most recent VRBO prior to this one was in another state and we left a day early. It was not as advertised and smelled like smoke. Needless to say, I was nervous about travel and my husband and I joked about revoking my ability to choose decent VRBOs. This home is absolutely more than advertised. It was immaculate and a beautiful home. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Can’t recommend it enough! Truly a gem. »
