3 Full Bathrooms: Primary ensuite full bathroom with shower and double sinks, Entry hall full bathroom with shower and guest full bathoom with tub/shower combo.

DOGS PERMITTED? Dogs are NOT considered at this property. Sorry.

Ocean Watch enjoys the exclusivity of being located on Spruce Head Island while also benefits from close proximity to the mainland, accessible by bridge/causeway. Nature is kind enough to provide cool breezes on the island in the summer although you do have central AC, if needed. 

Guests are welcome to launch a kayak from the working dock on the property provided the workers aren't pulling in or out at the exact time. All kayaks to be stored back up at the house.

The property sits on the ocean at the end of a private 1/4 mile long road. Explore the unique island nature via the walking paths the property has to offer in the coastal woods of Maine.

World-famous McLoons Lobster Shack is a mere mile away on the island - a must visit and owner-favorite. One of the largest lobster suppliers in the world, Atwoods Lobster, is also nearby. Grab some lobsters fresh off the boat and cook them back at the cottage in true Maine-style.
