« Look forward to renting in the future.we moved our son into his apartment in the Pearl area. Its a few blocks away but walkable. Lots of great local restaurants in walking distance to property. Property clean and well maintained. Includes all the comforts of home. Traveled with our dog, appreciated the privacy fence and small yard. If you have a full size truck you wont be able to park in garage. You will have to park it horizontal in front of garage. The mid size SUV fit in garage. »

« Communication was excellent and the apartment exceeded our expectations. So close to all our favorites on the Riverwalk. The only warning is that this is a downtown location, so there can be a little street noise. It wasn't persistent, but on occasion it was there. Each bedroom includes a white noise machine which helped greatly. Didn't bother me as I got my best sleep in weeks (probably from all the exploring). Will definitely stay again next time I'm in San Antonio! »
