QUIET TIME: This is an Apartment within a building complex. There are neighbours. Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am.
EARLY / LATE CHECK INS: We allow early check-ins only with prior approval from the host. We have to check our schedules & cleaning team to ensure there are no conflicts. Cost is $20/hour.
has a ZERO POLICY FOR PARTIES. If we detect that a party is being thrown you will be charged an additional fee of $500 and vacated without refund.
We have a zero smoking policy. If you smoke in the apartment a minimum $1000 fee will apply in order to remove the smoke smell.
Pet Rules: 2 pets max per unit. $40 per pet per stay. No pet on furniture. Pet should not be left unattended. Please pick up pet waste.
