« Overall the apartment was as the pictures showed.The good- the area felt safe, the gym was nice, the pool area was clean. Instructions for check in and check out were great. The bad- The back patio door was unlocked and open when we arrived and it was very hard to get shut and locked. The bathroom exhaust fans were very dirty and barely working. « Excellent location. Walkable to several restaurants and shopping. Easy access and easy parking. Nice layout and prompt reply to questions we had about the unit. We used the gym and it was a nice bonus. Having a washer and dryer came in handy after hiking camelback mountain and the utv excursion. Clean place with all the thinfs we needed/wanted. »

« Location is excellent if you want to be proximate to Scottsdale party scene and quality retail. Totally serviceable option.The property is very solid for a quick trip, but had some issues. In general it just felt like a bad flip or bad base construction. The finishes are all fairly shoddy. Bathroom door got stuck (swollen).
