Make yourself at home in the open living area. Plush seating includes a full-size sleeper sofa. Watch your favorite shows on the 45-inch TV. Whip up delicious meals in the kitchen, featuring ample counter space and a full suite of modern appliances, including a double-basin sink, blender, and coffee maker. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table with seating for six. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar, which seats four. Sear steaks over the gas grill on the large private balcony, then dine alfresco at the table for six. Beautiful property that had everything I needed, except a pool. 2 min walk to the bay, not the beach. It would’ve taken more than 10 minutes to walk to beach and you have to cross the main road.

It was ok. I would have given a better review but we were locked out due to key code and was advised that someone would contact us with new code and it was never done. Also my son advised me on the last night that he seen a roach in the restroom so that was disappointing. I would have liked better communication on their part

We came down from Oklahoma with our 2 year old to get some beach time before the next baby arrived. It’s a great property. Spacious and quiet. You do have to cross the main road on the island to get to the beach, but it’s a quick drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property. Well cared for and service response time for a few small issues was exceptional. Quiet neighborhood for the most part. We left behind some additional items to pay it forward to the next renters but all the basics are there for you. Book and enjoy!

Immaculate! Great location! A few walkable blocks to a grocery store, liquor store, beach stores and restaurants. Great amount of space if you should want to have guests over. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook meals with a grill on a private deck with a nice sized table and chairs.

The apartment is lovely and very comfortable for a family of six. Its has all of the conveniences of your own home and its close to the beach. The only serious issue was the lack of internet & tv. The only channel we could access was the cartoon channel. Upon contacting Ezekiel Mata, the managing agent, he responded immediately, came by the house attempted get us a hotspot but one was not available. He reached out to the owner explained the situation and while it was not able to get resolve while we were there, he worked out with the owner to get this issue resolved. He was personable, responsive and attentive and understood the importance of getting this resolved. He provided us with a refund which was very nice. I would highly recommend the place and his services and will contact him in the future when we return to South Padre.

Will defiantly stay here again. Was very nice and clean. Had everything we needed for cooking, laundry, and relaxing. Was able to walk to the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Inadequate seating for intended number of guests. Dryer old and rusted. All lighting comes from ceiling—no lamps for reading. Filled with bric a brac covering every horizontal surface.

Very nice. Had an issue with the washer but they resolved it nicely. Our only issue was there were quite a few ants inside. Large and small. Property could use a good spray. Other than that, it was great. Stocked nicely.
