Natural light brightens this condo's living and dining rooms through floor-to-ceiling windows—an excellent space for the whole party to spend time together comfortably. Enjoy the ocean views while lounging comfortably on the cushy couches; one doubles as a queen sleeper. Put your feet up in the evening s you unwind from a fun-filled day to enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV.

In the spacious, fully stocked kitchen, you'll enjoy the beautiful granite as you whip up your favorite meals; the dining table seats 6 guests comfortably. During your stay, savor a meal alfresco on the balcony as you slow down and reconnect with loved ones who matter most.

Wake up each morning to the breathtaking sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico in the spacious primary bedroom while snug beneath the covers of the king-size bed. There's ample storage for belongings in the 2-drawer bedside tables, 6-drawer dresser, and closet. In the evening, watch a show on the flat-screen TV and drift off to sleep.

Pamper yourself in the primary bathroom, enjoy the large vanity with storage for toiletries below. You'll appreciate having a second full bathroom to manage crowd control. The walk-in shower is welcoming at the end of the day to rinse off the salty sand and relax your tired muscles from a fun day exploring the island.

The Saida Condominium Community offers a variety of amenities to enhance your relaxing getaway. Stroll around the spacious courtyard adorned in exotic foliage to enhance your tropical escape. Stop by the activity center (seasonal) to rent equipment for a thrilling game of tennis, four courts available, or a competitive game of shuffleboard. Take a dip in one of three dazzling beachfront swimming pools (one heated in the winter). Quench your thirst with a refreshing drink from one of two seasonal poolside snack bars. Kid-friendly snacks are also available. Lounge chairs surround each sparkling pool to attain a sun-kissed glow while you lie back and listen to the relaxing ocean waves dancing back and forth along the shoreline. Missing the sand between your toes, enjoy private direct ocean access to the soft sandy beach and the crystal-clear Gulf of Mexico. Seasonal beach rentals are available (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.) In the evening, unwind in one of four hot tubs as you gaze at the spectacular starry sky.

If you leave Saida Condominium Community for a bite to eat or explore shops, you are a short walk from the main street, Padre Blvd. There are several excellent restaurants at reasonable prices. Locals love Manual's (cash only & closed on Monday), Cafe Isabel for breakfast, Marcello's, Pirate's Landing, or Dirty Al's for lunch or dinner. To experience adventures along the island, take advantage of the city's free transportation on The Island Metro. See the Island Metro Schedule here. On the island's north side, experience close encounters with sea turtles at Sea Turtle Inc. Observe various bird species and alligators at South Padre Island World Birding Center. A few more miles north is the Island Adventure Park for horseback riding and zip lining over the dunes. Heading south is Isla Blanca Beach Waterpark, which has outdoor and indoor water features and rides. Osprey Cruises and Isla Tours offer adventures on the Bay, including dolphin spotting and parasailing.

Nice clean condo with a great view.

The 9th (out of 12) floor condo was roomy and clean. Older building, but maintained well. Grounds, including the 3 pools, 4 tennis courts, and poolside cabana (bar) we are really nice. When we were there (early April) it was not busy. We could get in a tennis court anytime. Pool chairs were always available. Only negative was the unit had nothing extra. You'll need to go buy coffee filters, toilet paper, salt, pepper, etc. Just expect that. The beach was a bit of a bummer. It's not soft, white sand like you'd expect or see in Florida. It's more of a brown sand, about as firm as concrete. Great for biking, but not awesome for barefoot walks. There was a lot of dead vegetation washed up on the beach. I was told that anything considered natural (like this seaweed and such) is not cleaned up. I understand why, as it's better for the ecosystem of the area, but it was a bit of a surprise to navigate walking around all of this on the beach. Finally, if you do want to find a clear area on the beach to sit or hang out, you either need to rent chairs (which are available to rent right at the end of the boardwalk from the complex), or bring your own chairs. NOTE - this review of the beach is just that. It has nothing to do with this particular condo rental. It's just information I wish I would've known ahead of time. Sunrise views were beautiful. The entire property is gated, and felt safe.Towel exchange is nice, but it's where you check in, which is approx 1 mile away.

Almost perfect

Great property.....very disappointed however, the "Whiskey Shack" was closed even though we were told it should be open.....and property managers seemed to be under the impression that it was. The "Royale Club" building we were told we could use to borrow/rent rackets/balls to use while we were there, was also closed. If poolside food would have been available as was advertised and tennis/pickleball equipment was available to us.....then it would have been perfect.

Clean condo with an ocean view

The condo was VERY clean! It smelled GREAT when we walked in! The location is perfect and being that it is a gated property, we felt very safe. The grounds are very well kept so everything looks beautiful and is clean. There is plenty of patio furniture in good condition to use. We really enjoyed drinking our coffee on the balcony every morning. The condo is stocked with VERY basic kitchen items. We only cooked breakfast, so what they have, was enough for our needs. If you plan on cooking all your meals, bring your pots and pans and don’t forget your spices! My only suggestion is to replace the pots and pans real soon. There are no beach items available for use in the condo, so don’t forget your beach towels, chairs, and umbrella!

Excellent location and lovely suite. Overall we were satisfied. Amazing views. Comfy king bed. Great flooring etc. beautiful patio. Probably due to shared cleaning - could be cleaner - registers were full of dirt. A bit skinny on kitchen supplies - eg if you state it’s for 7 you should have 7 coffee cups? As others have stated patio furniture is - atrocious. Three of four chairs need to be tossed No grill which was a bit surprising. Bring your own. Didn’t have a broom or much for cookware - one pot. No cheese grater etc. Not terrible just skinny. Property is lovely with pools and tennis courts and access to beach. We enjoyed the stay overall. Thank you for letting us use the apartment.

Great Beach Condo

This place is definitely worth the price. The condo is very clean, modern appliances, and spacious enough for at least 6 adults. Balcony view is beautiful, easy walk to the beach, and pool/hot tub area is very nice. There is a full bar at the pool open during the busy months that is very convenient. The shopping center just outside the gate has late night eats and good retail stores.
