After a day filled with brand-new adventures, settle down on the living room's comfortable seating and tune into your favorite TV show or movie. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen is ready to host all of your home-cooked creations.



The condo's bedrooms are full of light and cool air - thanks to central air-conditioning. Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer and internet access.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.



$10.00 fee for each renter issued a wristband at Las Villas Condominiums who may access the beach.



All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund.
