The Space:

Designed for relaxation, this spacious second-floor 3-bedroom condo, complete with 3.5 bathrooms, brings the comforts of home to a stunning beach setting. Enjoy Gulf Blvd views from private balconies off the living room and primary bedroom, while each bedroom’s private bath ensures everyone has their own space. The kitchen comes fully equipped, perfect for home-cooked meals, and a washer and dryer are included to keep things simple. On-site amenities include a private pool, elevator, and parking. Pet-friendly and complete with WiFi, this condo is an effortless blend of comfort and convenience by the beach.



Guest Access:

Sea Haven Villas are overseen by La Copa Vacations feature digital keypad locks. After you've submitted all necessary paperwork and settled your fees, you'll receive an email from La Copa Vacations. This email will include detailed entry instructions and a unique code to access your condo, which will expire at 11am on your departure date.

This condo is centrally located on South Padre Island close to all of the best dining and entertainment SPI has to offer!



Getting Around:

The South Padre Island Metro is a free bus service that gets you within steps of most areas on South Padre Island. The island also has a "Park and Ride" facility on the South of town. Gulf Blvd., where these condos are located, is also very bike friendly.

Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, we've got everything you need to make your little ones feel right at home.
