Great Condo in the Middle of it ALL!

We have a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium situated right in the heart of all the excitement on the Island! Within a few steps, you'll find yourself surrounded by the entertainment district's offerings, including restaurants, bars, live music venues, lush parks, shopping opportunities, jet skis, dinner or sunset cruises, electric rental boats, a go-kart track, mini-golf, and much more! Recently updated in March 2022, we now have a full-size sofa bed, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Nestled on East Amberjack Street, our location is ideal, with just a half-block stroll to the beach. The condo features a King bed, a Queen bed, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy concrete "backyard," and access to a shared pool area. We also provide beach towels and beach chairs for your convenience. We strive to ensure that your stay in our condo is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. TWO small dogs allowed with a $100 PET CLEANING FEE each. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFO AND SIGN A RENTAL AGREEMENT.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

The owners of Fiesta Sol #112 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 1 vehicle. Parking pass needed. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests in the house. There must be at least one adult 21 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ We accept pets with a required $100/ per dog non-refundable cleaning fee. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed in the dumpster on the east side in between the 2 buildings. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended.

7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

Subletting not allowed.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

"Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.

The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

Great Location

Perfect size for a family with 2 adults and 2 teens. 4 to 5 minute walk to the beach, amazing pizza place and coffee shop on the same street. Close to the go-karts, Minigolf and Ferris wheel. We rented a golf cart and everything we wanted to see was equal distance from the place. Having the basics was great too so we didn’t have to exclusively eat out the whole weekend. Rod and Rosa communicated thoroughly. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother process for my first VRBO.

The condo was great! It’s well furnished and has basic needs. We loved that it’s in the middle of it all. I loved the big TV’s. Family movies after a long days at the beach. The back patio was great for my fur baby to run around. This will be our go to place from now on.

Truly Is In the Middle of Everything!

Although our stay was way too short and Mother Nature decided to play naughty on our arrival, this property was just as described - In the Middle of It All! The condo was perfect for us as a couple but would comfortably accommodate 4-6 people. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are a must for just the two of us (husband snores sometimes - LOL);. The beach access was literally half a block away. The condo was so comfortable and clean and perfect for our too short of a stay. We will definitely be back and recommend this property highly.

Adorable little condo

I had a slight problem with the door code at check in but the property manager was super quick to respond. The condo had everything I could've needed. There was so much thought put into the details. I love that there was a washer and dryer on site. This location was just a block and a half walk to beach access. They even had beach towels and chairs for our use in a closet. Gas stations, restaurants and shops within walking distance. There were only two things that I could complain about. The WiFi was awfully glitchy throughout the day, I kept getting disconnected and dropped. Then the A/C wasn't strong enough for the building. It was pretty warm throughout the day and it made it kinda hard to sleep on the sofa bed at night because it was warmer in there than the bedrooms. The managers brought us fans right away when we asked them about the A/C. Despite those two issues, I would stay again. I HIGHLY recommend this property. It's very clean, at a great location and the managers are HIGHLY attentive. It really was a home away from home.

did not stay at this property. Management said a pipe broke and switched us to another property. that property had check in as 4 - 10 PM, but the office closed at 5 PM. We arrived at 530. late checkin box was empty. Property owner finally texted back to swim without mandatory arm bands and get parking certificate the next morning when the office opened. they provided a wifi password, but one TV had a Roku and owner claimed they didn't know anything about a Roku. We used our personal hotspot and Roku account to get that TV working. When we tried to take a shower, there was no hot water. When we checked in the next morning, the office was wonderful. they arranged to have maintenance come get the water working and try to set up the TV although they said that was the responsibility of the owner. Turns out there was a flipped breaker on the hot water. it continued to flip about 15 minutes after resetting, but we were able to shower between having to reset the breaker. Maintenance got the wifi to work, although they noted it was not reliable in the complex. we had to use our personal Roku account and reset to factory settings before we checked out. Our original reservation had a king, queen and hide a bed; what we got was 2 fulls and 2 rock hard futons. My grandson kept getting ant bites; we finally figured out they were from a nest in one of the beds. Other than these issues, the property was great.

Nice place, truly in the middle of everything

We stayed here for 4 days, it was two of us, kiddo and the dog. The description of the property is pretty accurate - it is half a block away from beach access 5 and 6. Both beach accesses have small parking lots but there was always parking available, and we are definitely not early risers. The kitchen had every pot, pan and utensil needed. It did not have salt & pepper but the hosts were quick to respond and offered to replenish (definitely a plus). The place had beach towels and chairs. Towels were good quality and big, beach chairs were ok (they really lean too far back). When we checked in there were 5 air fresheners plugged in and the scent was too overwhelming. I was worried that it was an attempt to mask some terrible smell, but that was not the case :-) The place did not have any bad smells after the fresheners were unplugged for a while. Another plus is that the apartment is on the lowest level (just a few stairs to reach the door) so you can walk from your car directly into the apartment. It is far enough from the pool to where you can't hear anything going on there. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels available. We would stay here again, for sure.

This property worked great for our group of 6. You can’t beat the location. We were able to walk to the beach(about a block) we walked across the street to watch the fireworks and we’re even able to walk to most of the restaurants that we wanted to try.
